Our Story
Founded in the heart of Shenzhen's electronics manufacturing hub, Huaxing PCBA has grown from a small PCB prototyping shop to a full-spectrum electronics manufacturing partner serving clients across 30+ countries.
We invest continuously in the latest equipment — Yamaha and ASM placement machines, automated optical inspection, and in-circuit testing — to ensure every board that leaves our floor meets the highest standards.
Our 15,000㎡ facility in Bao'an houses PCB fabrication, SMT assembly, DIP lines, and box-build integration under one roof. No outsourcing. No delays. Complete control.
Quality Control
Three-stage quality gate. 100% AOI and electrical test. Zero defects is the only acceptable target.
Incoming material inspection. Every laminate, component reel, and chemical batch verified before production.
In-process checks at every critical stage — drilling, plating, etching, lamination, solder mask, and surface finish.
Final outgoing inspection. AOI (100%), flying probe / test fixture, X-Ray for BGAs, impedance TDR, thermal shock sampling.
Certifications
Quality management system certified. Process-driven manufacturing with continuous improvement metrics.
Environmental management system. Waste treatment, RoHS compliance, and sustainable manufacturing practices.
Automotive quality management. PPAP Level 3. FMEA-driven process control. Full traceability.

All assemblies built and inspected to IPC-A-610 acceptability standards. Class 3 for high-reliability applications.
